Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Thank you for shopping with Sassy La Femme. We are so sorry you wish to return your item.

If you have tried using LaBalance correctly  days and it is unsuccessful for you and you’d like to return it for a full refund. Please put LaBalance back into the original pouch and box it came in and return within 90 days. Simply scan the QR code on the 90-day returns tag, that comes in the box, to register the return.

Please return all items with as much care as possible in the original boxes to minimise risk of damage in transit.

Please email hello@sassylafemme.com before returning your item, to let us know the reason for return.

Refunds are for the purchase price only. Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All orders received before Midday are Processed & Posted no later than the following day (Weekdays) Tracked.
